If you’re a real estate agent and your business feels like the same grind every year, constantly chasing new business, putting out fires, and never really getting ahead, we want to share what we’re doing differently at Keller Williams Preferred Realty. We know KW has a reputation. People joke about drinking the red Kool-Aid, and we get it. Systems that build on each other. One of the biggest differences at Keller Williams is that we teach systems and models that compound over time. Your business should get easier each year, not harder. Most agents are out there selling homes.

We’re teaching you how to build a complete business with multiple income streams, time freedom, and a path toward something that lasts beyond your next closing. We follow the leads, listings, and leverage framework because it works, and everything we offer is designed to support that progression.

Training at every level. Our training operates on four levels, and each one meets you where you are. Local training happens at our office. Collaborative training brings multiple offices together, and those sessions are open to everyone, not just KW agents. Regional training is built for agents looking to expand and grow their companies.

National training gives you access to the kind of speakers and educators most agents would pay thousands to see. Last year, Tony Robbins was on stage at our national event. Being part of a company that can bring in that level of talent, and offer it to agents at essentially no extra cost is something we don’t take for granted.

Monthly trend reports and prescriptions. This is something we haven’t seen at any other company. Every agent at Keller Williams gets a monthly trend report that shows exactly where their business stands numerically. Even if you’re not a numbers person, these reports are designed to be easy to read and immediately useful.

As leaders, we’re trained to look at those numbers and give what we call a prescription. We can see if you’re buyer-heavy or seller-heavy, where you might have lost opportunities, and which specific classes or adjustments will help you capture more income. It’s a diagnostic approach to growing your business, and it comes out every single month, so you always know where you stand.

AI and tools that keep getting better. We’re continually adding platforms, tools, and integrations that work with our main system. Right now, we’re building out AI tools that don’t just give you the technology; they give you the prompts so you know how to use it. You can have a 36-touch or 72-touch marketing plan built out in a couple of hours, set it, and let it run. And we don’t just tell you how to do it. We help you do it.

We also recently merged with a marketing company, which means our agents won’t have to pay for tools that agents at other companies are paying for out of pocket. On top of that, we have tools that generate a monthly P&L with very little effort, so you can have a snapshot of your business at any time.

A space built for content and growth. At our office, we don’t just have a green room for video. We have a full podcast room with different scenes you can rotate through monthly. We’ve got a newsletter plan, a wealth-building program, and new resources rolling out consistently. If there’s something you need to grow your business or your life, we either have it or we’re building it.

Culture matters more than anything. At the end of the day, the tools and training only work if the environment is right. Our culture is built on abundance, collaboration, and win-win. We’re not worried about competing with each other. We’d rather help each other grow. We welcome agents from other companies to our events and classes because we believe there’s enough business for everyone.
